| position summary: | Young Audiences of Oregon & SW Washington, a non-profit arts and education organization, has an opening for a full time Outreach Coordinator to develop and implement marketing and outreach strategies for meeting with district and school personnel to promote Young Audiences services (including Arts For Learning Lessons and Run For The Arts). The Outreach Coordinator’s primary function is to work with school representatives to create arts plans, analyzing their educational needs and recommending community arts resources. |
| Salary / Pay Rate: | Salary $33,000 - $36,000, commensurate on experience. |
| Required Skills and Abilities: | Position requires proven experience in customer service; a commitment to quality work; attention to detail; excellent verbal/written communication skills. Strong computer skills required including the ability to create and manage website content. |
| Qualifications: | Background in education/teaching/curriculum a plus. |
