Girls Inc of NW Oregon currently provides programs and services to upwards of 600 girls in Clackamas, Washington, and Multnomah counties in the Portland Oregon metropolitan area. In its 150 years, the national Girls Incorporated has developed the finest girls research-based programming in the country. Our mission is to inspire all girls to be Strong, Smart, and Bold and to be prepared for a confident and economically independent adulthood; we are looking for a very talented leader.

Girls Inc of NW Oregon seeks a passionate, interpersonal savvy, motivated leader to grow and build the organization.

The Executive Director must possess a passion for girls and the mission of the organization. We seek an articulate communicator with the ability to effectively present the Girls Inc mission and vision when communicating with staff, community, girls, parents, and the Board of Directors.

The Executive Director is responsible for leading, managing and growing all fundraising programs and successfully building robust diversified funding streams in support of the organizations objectives.

The preferred candidate will posses financial and business acumen, and experience in budget development and reporting.

The competitive candidate will hold a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with continuing education or an advanced degree preferred, and 5 or more years experience in leading a non-profit organization and managing staff.
