House manager position open at a non profit agency serving adults with developmental disabilities. We are looking for someone with strong social justice values and the ability to lead a team of direct support professionals to help our supported individuals lead full and rich lives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, be detail oriented, have the ability to work within state mandated rules and multitask across a broad spectrum of duties. The house manager should be able to effectively lead their team and help them develop an understanding of civil rights, social equality, and networking within the local community.

The House Manager oversees all aspects of services and supports to individuals with developmental disabilities living in a residential group home. Specific duties include hiring, supervising, scheduling, oversight and discipline of staff; providing on call support to troubleshoot staffing issues; ensuring a positive and safe home environment; maintaining individual records; monitoring household activities; planning meaningful community activities; and assisting residents with individual services including medical appointments, transportation, money management and counseling. House managers assure that the group home is operated in a manner that is consistent with both the Vision and Mission of Coast and in compliance with Oregon and Federal Administrative Rules.

Coast provides full benefits, 401k retirement, short and long term disability and life insurance. Base compensation $30,600.
