Medical Assistant - Open Until Filled

Integrated allopathic/naturopathic primary care clinic serving a diverse population of homeless & uninsured seeks self-directed, innovative medical assistant. Provide medical care and advocacy for homeless and marginalized patients. 30-40 hrs/wk.  $13/hr. Benefits eligible.  Diversity valued. Must have or be able to attain AAMA or CCMA certification. Valid driver’s license and good driving record required.

Referral Coordinator/Interpreter - Open Until Filled

Medical Referral Coordinator/Interpreter to join strong and innovative team providing referrals and resources for diverse population of homeless and low-income clients in integrated primary care clinic. Spanish/English required, experience working with under-served populations, ability to multi-task and retain accuracy and attention to detail. Medical background pref. 24-32 hrs/wk, $13.25/hr + bfts. Bilingual Case Manager - Open Until Filled

Exciting work with innovative, skilled inter-disciplinary team to engage, assess and support culturally diverse homeless young people ages 16-24. Specialize in work with youth residing in Transitional Housing. 32 hrs/wk, Sunday-Thursday. Minimum qualifications: Bilingual Spanish/English. MSW/MA in counseling plus 2 years relevant case mgmt experience, MH, A/D, and adolescent experience. BA in relevant field and additional experience may be considered in lieu of master's degree. Centricity Application Specialist - Open Until Filled

Become in-house expert on Centricity electronic medical records system. Learn and map workflows in all areas of the agency. Work with the upgrade team to plan and implement newer software version, and manage process of adding new features to the application. Serve as backup to the IT Help Desk. Qualifications: Strong computer skills, ability to work with a variety of staff; attention to detail & follow-through; resourceful. IT experience helpful. 40 hrs/wk. $29,120-30,160/yr DOQ + full benefits.

Software Developer - Open Until Filled

Developer needed to help meet data collection/reporting needs, develop new applications & extend existing ones. Work w/diversity of staff and data systems. Qualifications: Software skills in .NET, SQL, Visual Studio, html, Analysis Services. 40 hrs/wk, $34,320-35,360 DOQ + full benefits.

Primary Care Physician  - Open Until Filled

Family Practice or Internal Medicine physician to provide primary care for diverse population of homeless and low income children and adults. 16-40 hrs/wk through Outside In's Medical Clinic and Medical Outreach Program.  Multiple positions available. Experience with homeless & high risk population highly desirable. Diversity valued.  Must be licensed to practice medicine in Oregon. 

Project Coordinator - Open Until Filled

Coordinate 5 year A&D/MH project providing treatment and supportive services for diverse population of homeless youth aged 17-25 in Permanent Supportive Housing. Utilize evidence based practices and coordinate with multiple community agencies. Provide project development, coordination, and supervision to team of 4+ multi-disciplinary staff. CADCII or LCSW, at least 3 years counseling/treatment experience, at least 2 years project coordination/supervision experience, and 5 years experience working with homeless populations and/or at-risk youth. Diversity highly valued. 40 hrs/wk. Salary DOQ; + full benefits.

Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner - PMHNP - Open Until Filled

PMHNP to provide psych. eval. & med. mgmt. to diverse population of homeless and low income adults 18 yrs and older in federally qualified health center with integrated medical and behavioral services. 12-20 hrs/wk. Experience with homeless & high risk population highly desirable. Diversity valued.  Must be licensed to practice in Oregon and have or be able to acquire dispensing license.  $40-45/hour DOQ. Benefits at 20 hrs/wk.
