During this one-day workshop for nonprofit managers, staff and volunteers, Alliance for Justice attorney-trainers will teach you the rules so that you can answer questions such as: • What is lobbying and how much can our 501(c)(3) lobby? • What types of election-related activity can our 501(c)(3) engage in? • How do the federal rules differ from state rules and regulations on lobbying and ballot measure disclosure? • How can 501(c)(3)s, 501(c)(4)s, and labor union work together? • And much more!
