Case Manager

Full time Case Manager position open to work with homeless and at risk families/individuals. Must have self-initiative, be able to work independently, good time management skills and have an attention to detail. Must have prior experience in helping families/individuals set up goals and helping families/individuals achieve those goals. An understanding of harm reduction is a plus. Must be able to work under pressure, handle quick turn around time lines, and be able to respond appropriately to people in crisis. There is a high volume of data entry, writing case notes, and a strong candidate will be able to track their time.

Bi-lingual English/Spanish preferred.

40 hrs/wk, $11.96 - $14.35 per hr, non-exempt, with benefits.
