Office Teaching Professional

Career technical training program serving young adults ages 16-24 is seeking an office professional to train students for careers in the Office Administration field. The qualified candidate will possess extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Publisher; basic knowledge of accounting procedures; the ability to maintain and update websites; and knowledge of current technologies utilized in office settings including digital media. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills, strong customer service skills, and the ability to interact effectively with students, staff and the business community. Valid Oregon Vocational Teaching License or evidence of Microsoft Office Suite instructor level certification, one year working in an office setting, and one year instructional experience required.
