Potluck / Harvest Fest / Great Used Book Sale on Nov. 6

Living Earth Potluck/Harvest Fest & Great (used) Book Sale

Friday, November 6—the first Friday in November

6:30-9:30 pm, $5 donation but as always, all are welcome

Friends Meeting House, 4312 SE Stark

Join us for a Community Potluck & Harvest Fest and help support Living Earth's Hats & Scarves Winter Warming Project. We'll have homegrown live music and a great batch of very inexpensive, good-quality used books on subjects that mirror Living Earth's values—great reads for cold autumn afternoons and winter evenings, or for holiday gifts. Bring a veg/vegan dish to share and connect with old and new friends. We'll also have a few special items for a silent auction, so join us! Cans for the Oregon Food Bank are welcome, too.

Good-book donations are gladly accepted before October 31. Bring them to 3841 SE 51st Ave., just south of Foster between Bush and Gladstone, and put them in the bench on the porch.  For more info see www.livingearthgatherings.org/booksale09.html or call 503.771.1940.
