Grant Deadline Reminder--November 2nd

Greetings,

Just a quick reminder: Applications for the 2009-2010 cycle of the Neighborhood Small Grant Program are due November 2, 2009 at 2:00 PM in the Neighbors West-Northwest office at 2257 NW Raleigh, Portland, OR 97210. The checklist on page 7 of the application will help you verify all pieces of your application are included.

The goal of the Neighborhood Small Grant Program is to provide neighborhood and community organizations an opportunity to build community, attract new and diverse members and sustain those already involved. Partnerships are emphasized in the NWNW granting area. Please find the attached PDF that indicates additional NWNW priorities and tips for writing your grant.  

Projects must benefit the community within the NWNW grant area. Our boundaries are found at the end of the application. If your project benefits another part of the City of Portland, apply to another neighborhood coalition office. More information is available at http://www.portlandonline.com/oni/.
