Adult Winter Warming Center opens Monday, November 2nd

Transition Projects will open the Adult Winter Warming Center on Monday, November 2nd

The Warming Center can accommodate up to 90 homeless men, women, and couples. It is located in NE, just across the Burnside Bridge and is easily accessible via TriMet or a short walk from Old Town/Downtown.

The Warming Center is open to adults experiencing homelessness

How to access:

The access point for the Warming Center is Transition Projects’ Community Service Center (CSC), located at 475 NW Glisan. Guests can sign-up for a space at the CSC daily from 8:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and must confirm their space every night at 7:30 p.m. Once a guest has checked in at the CSC, they will be directed to the Warming Center.

Important information:

No pets or carts are permitted in the Warming Center.

The Warming Center is a non-smoking facility and there will not be smoke breaks throughout the night.

Once a guest leaves for the night, they will not be readmitted.

The Warming Center runs from November 2nd to March 31st.
