Looking for info "Addressing the Food Gap"

We are a group of Portland State University students from a capstone class titled "Addressing the Food Gap". We are partnering with p:ear, a non-profit organization that serves homeless youth in downtown Portland. http://www.pearmentor.org/  

Our task at hand is to build a relationship between p:ear and the local food system, creating access to healthy, local food for homeless youth. We are working to secure a CSA for p:ear.

We are looking for a CSA model that builds food equity into the financial set-up of the CSA. Our commitment is to creating a sustainable relationship that is logistically harmonious and breaks down barriers to healthy food for the youth that p:ear serves.
