Inclusion Inc, a nonprofit support services brokerage, is accepting résumés for Personal Agents to complete our team.

Currently, we are looking at add to our growing team while decreasing the current caseload numbers for all Personal Agents.  We are organized in a team – based structure, moving from two teams of Personal Agents to three in the next three months. 

We are looking for enthusiastic applicants who not only have the relevant case management experience and bookkeeping skills to perform the job, but who also possess a desire to encourage and facilitate individualized choice, to creatively scout resources and to build community partnerships to best benefit our customers’ quality of life.

Skills and experience required: Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Social Work or related field; minimum 1 year experience in case management; experience in the field of developmental disabilities or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Positive attitude, team player and maturity desired to join our dynamic team. Bilingual a plus! Experience in case management and in the DD population preferred.
