Program Assistant – Financial Coaching – Part-time –  Ways to Work program - Bi-literate in Spanish required

MFS is seeking a part-time (8-10 hours/week) Program Assistant to provide financial coaching through our Ways to Work program. Successful candidate will have a minimum of a high school diploma or GED; BA or BS preferred. Must have demonstrated experience in presenting curriculum to adults. Knowledge and experience in financial literacy education and working with low income families is required. Successful candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and details. Excellent communication skills required. Must be able to read, write and speak fluently in Spanish and English. Excellent computer skills are also needed. Position  may require some evening hours. Temporary Program Assistant – Foster Grandparent Program – Part-Time - Limited Duration

MFS is seeking a part-time (18 hours/week) Program Assistant for our Foster Grandparent program. Successful candidate will have a minimum of high school diploma or GED, college coursework preferred. Must have 1-2 years of experience in office administration and experience with older adults is strongly preferred. Successful candidate will be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects and details. Excellent communication skills required. Excellent computer skills are also needed. Position will be January 2010 – June 2010, but may end prior to June 2010. Position requires availability to work 4 days per week, 4.5 hours per day. Benefits are not available with this position.

Part-Time Transportation Assistant – Project Linkage – Benefit Eligible

MFS seeks experienced part-time driver to provide direct service & transportation for older adults & disabled clients with Project Linkage program. Must have current, valid driver license, experience with passenger transport, able to drive 14 seat minibus, assist clients with wheelchairs & scooters & safely lift minimum of 30 lbs regularly. Position provides client transport to shopping & medical appointments. Position is 20 hours/week and requires availability 4-5 days per week. Excellent customer service skills required. MFS seeks experienced on-call driver to provide direct service & transportation for older adults & disabled clients with Project Linkage program. Must have current, valid driver license, experience with passenger transport, able to drive 14 seat minibus, assist clients with wheelchairs & scooters & safely lift minimum of 30 lbs regularly. Position provides client transport to shopping & medical appointments. Position requires availability during weekdays during regular business hours (8:00 am – 5:00 pm).
