The Pangaea Project - Director of Programs

The Pangaea Project empowers youth from low-income families to become effective "changemakers" in their community and the world. Each year, a new cohort of high school students participates in our core classroom experience, overseas journey, and graduate leadership program, combining local and international service-learning projects.

Headquartered in Portland, Oregon, and with staff in Ecuador and Thailand, our unique model of education provides once-in-a-lifetime opportunities for disadvantaged youth to learn about local and global issues related to solidarity, human rights, social change and community organizing.

The Director of Programs is primarily responsible for the ongoing development, planning, and implementation of all Pangaea Project youth programs, including the measurement and evaluation of program objectives and outcomes.
