Looking for a Meeting Space Downtown

Hello,

We are desperately searching for a meeting space for Portland Downtown Neighborhood Association's new Sustainability Committee. People at CNRG are in the know, and might have ideas on places that would accommodate our group. The main problem we're having is finding a venue that would be open from 7-9 PM on the first Monday of each month that either is very low cost or free. We are looking for a space that could fit a maximum of 30 people.
