St Marks Sing Your Own Messiah Benefiting Neighborhood House

On Dec 21st at 7 pm, St Mark Presbyterian is pleased to host their sixth annual Sing-Along version of Handel’s Messiah. Soloists from the community and Portland Symphonic Choir will join us to perform some of Handel’s beautiful solo works. Music lovers, amateurs and professionals alike, from throughout the St Mark community and Greater Portland Area will fill the sanctuary for an hour of fun and inspiration. Choral scores are available at the church. Those who have personal scores are asked to bring them along.

A free will offering will be taken to support the work of the Neighborhood House community outreach in SW Portland. Refreshments will be shared after the singing concludes. St Mark Choir Director, Carol Stewart-Smith will direct the “mass choir” again this year.
