Is one of your new year’s resolutions to find a sense of community and a more sustainable lifestyle? Are you seeking a family-friendly, transit and bike-oriented community? Then you may be interested in Daybreak Cohousing.

Meet members of Daybreak, learn about cohousing and tour the community on Sunday, January 3 from 1:30-3:30 p.m. on site at 2525 N. Killingsworth Street. (#72 Killingsworth bus or Max to the Killingsworth station). Members have been moving into Daybreak and new homes are for sale including 1, 2 and 3 bedroom units.

Daybreak Cohousing was named one of the nations “top 10 green cohousing developments” by Natural Home Magazine (January 2009). The community provides a physical design that encourages social interaction while respecting personal needs for private space. Daybreak members range in age from babies to 60+. Homes have most of the features of conventional homes, and members also enjoy extensive common facilities.
