The Records/Database Specialist at ILR ensures best practice for physical and electronic consumer records management.

Salary / Pay Rate:DOE Full Time Position, with Benefits
Required Skills and Abilities:Key duties include administering online client database, client files and donor database systems. The position involves periodic creation of agency reports, annual Federal reporting, support for agency bulk mailings, and donation thank you letters. Duties also include support for actual and electronic distribution of the agency newsletter, web page maintenance and periodic database training & technical support for program staff.
Qualifications:The ideal candidate will have strong database management skills, 3-5 years experience in managing client records and experience working with people with disabilities.
