Volunteer Opportunities for the Martin Luther King, Jr. Day of Service, Jan. 18, 2010

On January, 18, 2010, people of all ages and backgrounds will come together to improve lives, bridge social barriers, and move our nation closer to the “Beloved Community” that Dr. King envisioned.

Volunteer on the 2010 King Day of Service and make a real difference in your community. There are still many service projects throughout Oregon that are still looking for volunteers.

The cemetery is just a small family plot, but it needs some support. We will be pulling out the invasive species on the river so that the city can plant 60 more trees in the area.
