Farm Apprenticeships at Zenger Farm

Zenger Farm is now hiring for 2010 Farm Apprenticeships.

Farm Apprenticeships are 3 months long - Spring, Summer, and Fall – with the opportunity to apply for multiple sessions.

Description: Farm Apprentices participate in all aspects of sustainable, small-scale farming, including growing a diversity of annual crops from seed to harvest, tending perennial crops, caring for farm animals, and sales of farm products.

Time Commitment: 28 hours/week, 3-7 months

Compensation: $200/month stipend

Currently enrolled in a college/university?  Check with your school for the possibility of receiving credit for this apprenticeship.
