Join Ecotrust/Edible Portland and Slow Food Portland for a fun and tasty lesson in chocolate and coffee flavors, sourcing, and local production in a round-robin evening of local artisan tastings. Attendees will rotate through sampling stations of our region’s best chocolatiers and coffee roasters. Come for the stimulating flavors and take home a new understanding of the skills and dedication these Northwest business apply to importing and producing fine coffees and chocolates. With Valentine's Day around the corner, it’s the perfect time to fall in love with your local chocolatiers and roasters.
