STRATEGIC STRUCTURE FOR MISSION EXCELLENCE

Does your organization’s structure best support your mission and what you’re trying to achieve?

This program will help groups understand the various approaches to collaboration,  integration and merger to best position the organization to achieve its mission.

Key aspects will include exploring the spectrum of collaboration, from simple networking to structural integration.  Groups will assess the advantages and challenges of mergers,  joint ventures,  shared services and more.

Groups will also understand when changes in structure can make the most sense and how to evaluate if and how such a transition might make sense.

These aren’t simple changes to an organizational strategic plan—they often represent a more strategic and comprehensive way of looking at how to best structure an organization to meet its strategic plan.

Marc Smiley of Portland consulting company Decisions, Decisions has been an organizational development consultant for more than 20 years working with nonprofit and public organizations nationally (& locally)  on a spectrum of issues.   Great handouts.

Who should attend?  Executive directors, board members, program directors, finance directors, and you.  Discount for organization teams. Think better together.
