Bilingual Behavioral Health Provider

This position joins a behavioral health care team within the Virginia Garcia memorial medical clinic in McMinnville, OR. Candidates needs to be familiar with integrated behavioral health models.

This position works in a medical clinic setting as a member of the primary medical care team and assists primary care providers in the recognition, treatment, and management of psychosocial/behavioral problem in the enrolled population. This position also provides consultation and coordination between Personal Care Providers, Mental Health Therapist, and Behavioral Health Associates.
