We're seeking an Assistant Director for our Marion County group homes for adults with developmental disabilities. The Assistant Director oversees all operations of the region’s five group homes, including supervising managers and staff; providing budget and financial oversight to programs; ensuring compliance with OARs, agency policies, and our philosophy of care; ensuring ISPs, financial safeguards, and other protective measures for the people in our services are followed; participating in licensing reviews and quality assurance processes; and similar or related tasks. The successful candidate will have five or more years’ experience in a DD service setting, including staff and program oversight, and a working knowledge of philosophies and approaches used to provide support options to people with developmental disabilities. A pre-hire drug screen and criminal background check are required, as is the ability to meet agency driving requirements. This position offers competitive pay and generous, comprehensive benefits.
