Creating opportunities from the challenges of change
Description
The Planning Group partners with organizations and agencies to create opportunities from the challenges of change. We work with community based organizations, governmental groups and nonprofit organizations to improve current operations and pro-actively plan for future developments. We take a customized approach to working with you, creatively moving with you beyond the box. We assist board, staff, and volunteers in planning, governance, evaluation and organizational development. We also provide coaching and mentoring for nonprofit leaders.
