We have the following position open:

SERVICE COORDINATOR II (Full Time) Location: NE Portland, OR Provides assessment treatment planning, resource acquisition and recovery oriented case management and treatment of adults with severe mental illness. MA in human service field or QMHP and experience with adults with severe mental illness required. CADC preferred. Candidate must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license/auto insurance and approved DMV history.
