LifeWorks NW - Bi-lingual Family Coach

BI-LINGUAL FAMILY COACH (Part-Time: 32 hours per week) Location: Beaverton Home visiting program that helps families work through every day challenges drawing on the strengths that they currently have to reach individual goals. Teach behavioral skills to families promoting their ability to reach goals that they set for themselves. Skills include communication, anger management, conflict resolution, problem solving, goal setting, assertiveness, parenting, stress management, or other skills that fit the families needs. Skills must be taught at a level the family members can understand and that engages them in the learning process. Plan and coordinate lessons for each session. Bachelors degree required in a mental health or social services field and at least 2 years of experience. Candidate must have own vehicle, valid driver’s license/auto insurance and approved DMV history. Ability to work nights and weekends required. Bi-Lingual (Eng/Span) required.
