Does your community have what it takes for you to successfully age there?

You are invited to a FREE training on transportation, land use and housing planning, designed specifically for older adults!

The training will be led by a group of graduate students from Portland State University's Master of Urban Regional Planning Program. It is free and open to Oregonians (50+) interested in learning more about regional planning systems and avenues for meaningful involvement.

Date: Monday, May 10, 2010

Time: 10am - 2pm

Place: Clackamas Community College, McLoughlin Hall (Room 254), 19600 Molalla Ave., Oregon City, Oregon

To RSVP please contact us at (503) 342-2071 or by email at [email protected] by May 4, 2010. Transportation assistance is available. Visit our website at www.sageplaces.com for more info.

Leave with a better understanding of things like: the importance of planning for an aging society, how your city and county planning systems work, and the best ways you can advocate for the things you'd like to see in your community. Ensure that your voice is heard by local decision-makers!
