position summary:

Be a part of an exciting new team in Clackamas County that provides eviction prevention and rapid re-housing services to individual and families at-risk of or experiencing homelessness. Bilingual in Spanish is required for this position. Flexible, team-oriented individual needed to provide community-based and shelter-based services for individuals and families to achieve stabilization within the community. This will include assessment, determining eligibility, and providing case management to obtain and retain permanent housing.

Salary / Pay Rate:$13-$15 per hour dependent upon relevant experience
Required Skills and Abilities:Bachelor’s degree in a social services related field preferred. General knowledge of community resources, benefit entitlements, mental illness, poverty, housing issues, landlord tenant issues and homelessness. Knowledge of domestic violence, drug and alcohol issues, strengths-based philosophy, empowerment model, and systems theory would be helpful.
