Men's wellness outreach worker

OUTREACH WORKER

Work as a independent contractor for Manifest, a Portland-area non-profit men's wellness organization that empowers men to pursue their wellness visions & goals together in more than 60 men's wellness programs monthly, including yoga, biking, hiking, gardening class, Qi Gong, work support group, dating support group, depression support group, etc.

Make $1/survey + $5 per follow-up (about $25/week) surveying men at-risk for chronic illness about their wellness goals, challenges, & favourite activities. Surveys are done both in person and on the phone.

Looking for out-going, detail-oriented, friendly people who are passionate about listening to men and providing them with community resources that match their particular wellness goals, challenges, & favourite activities. Knowledge of local wellness & recreational resources a plus, as is survey experience.
