RN--community based care

A Full Time RN is needed for Our House’s Neighborhood Housing and Care Program working within the multi-disciplinary team of OT, SW and Nursing. Our House is an organization that provides health and housing services for people with HIV/AIDS. Join our innovative, grassroots program that encourages clients to live well in their own homes as independently as possible.

Qualifications: • Oregon Board Certified RN • Two years nursing experience • Experience with community based care preferred • Experience with HIV required • Sensitivity to issues of mental illness and substance use. • Ability to work in a harm reduction model • Basic computer skills • Organization and prioritization skills • Compassionate with gently firm boundaries • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Independent worker and initiator • Productive, thorough and detail oriented
