Volunteerism Program Development Coordinator

Location for this full-time State of Oregon position is at the Oregon Volunteers office at Portland State University in downtown Portland. Primary responsibilities of the position are: Create and oversee implementation the State Plan for Volunteerism and Service, including the annual Governor’s Volunteer Awards and staffing the State Committee on Volunteerism. In addition, the position coordinates Commission-sponsored training events and conferences, supervises the Oregon Volunteers AmeriCorps*VISTA Team, and represents the Commission at both internal and external meetings and events throughout the state.
