*Why: To support Quest Center’s programs and services for low income people living with chronic illnesses

*Tickets: Tickets are $50 each

ABOUT QUEST CENTER:

Quest Center is a community-based nonprofit health center. As a multidisciplinary care clinic, QC treats a wide variety of clients from all walks of life. While we most often treat those with chronic and life challenging illnesses, we also offer preventive and wellness care through our primary care program. We are committed to treating all people, including those who are low income and without insurance.

QC works to help clients sustain lifestyle changes that support healing and to effectively strengthen those diagnosed with illnesses including HIV/AIDS, mental health disorders, chemical dependency, and cancer.

Our services benefit anyone seeking to live a healthier and more fulfilling life, and include:

• Group and individual counseling

• Chinese medicine and acupuncture
