Portland non-profit is searching for a highly connected, local individual with strong relationships in the donor community to take this organization to new heights! As a member of the Executive Team, you’ll be tasked with creating and implementing statewide strategic and annual development campaigns. Research and engage major prospects while also assisting staff and volunteers with indentifying and cultivating leads in an effort to ensure a diverse and continuous stream of donations. Keep up to date on organization-wide issues and make certain all development activities are consistent with the organization’s vision. Your successful management and development track record along with excellent attention to detail and planning abilities could open the door to an exciting opportunity. Salary / Pay Rate:$70-85K DOE
Required Skills and Abilities:Experience with Raiser’s Edge or a similar constituent management system | Excellent attention to detail and planning
Qualifications:6+ years of progressively responsible management experience in development | Successful track record securing millions of dollars from a diverse constituent base | Successful management experience with at least 4 direct reports | Clear understanding of Oregon, national and government funding opportunities | Strong relationships with local, wealthy donors in the community
Education Required:College degree
