position summary:

Summary: Provides organizational assistance to the Executive Director/Board, manages communications, and project support to program directors.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Coordinates administrative functions: Maintains organizational records, files, databases and list serves; Coordinates calendars and meetings; Manages IT services (hardware and software) with external vendors; Manages vendors and monitors AP/AR; Maintains equipment, supplies and processes mail; Creates and maintains personnel files and timesheets.

Manages communication tools and resources: Coordinates all e-services (Constant Contact, eTapestry, Electric Embers; Posts content to website, Facebook; Generates publications (newsletters, meeting materials and collateral)

Supports program directors project work(conferences, training, activities) in developing and executing projects as needed.

Salary / Pay Rate:Salary range $30-36K
