Signature Hospice invites you to join our team to support patients and families in your Portland community.  It may be that you walk with someone in a garden at their home or care facility. It may be that you hear stories of a lifetime of relationships and adventure, or listen to current worries and concerns. It may be that you sit in silence, holding a hand, holding sacred space.

Signature Hospice affirms life.  Signature Hospice exists to provide support and care for persons in the last phases of a life-limiting illness so that they may live as fully and comfortably as possible.  Signature Hospice believes that providing care for a terminal patient is a sacred and honored opportunity to help people live as fully as possible while embracing the demands of terminal illness.  We do the little things that make a big difference.  We believe every little thing we do, can and will make a difference in the lives of our patients and their families.
