Rent Assistance Case Manager

Full time Rent Assistance Case Manager position open to work with homeless and at risk families/individuals. Must have self-initiative, be able to work independently, good time management skills and have an attention to detail. Must have prior experience in helping families/individuals set up goals and helping families/individuals achieve those goals. An understanding of harm reduction is a plus with motivational interviewing skills. Must be able to work under pressure, handle quick turn-around time lines, and be able to respond appropriately to people in crisis. There is a high volume of data entry, writing case notes, and a strong candidate will be able to track their time. BA degree with two years of relevant experience. Must have valid Oregon driver’s license, reliable transportation ability to drive agency vehicles and have proof of personal automobile insurance. 40 hrs/wk, $11.96 - $14.35 per hr, non-exempt, with benefits.
