Be a part of the Starlight Parade with SOLV and PGE!

Our reputation for a livable city is magnified by our commitment to keeping it clean, and the part we play in the PGE/SOLV Starlight Parade clean up is key. Help keep the Portland Rose Festival the "Cleanest Parade in the World." Please consider volunteering to collect filled SOLV trash bags. Check in at 9:30 p.m. at the green PGE tent at NW Park Ave. at W Burnside in Portland to pick to collect the filled bags, which is a really amazing experience, and help keep our Rose Festival, and our beautiful city clean! The project runs from 9:30 pm to 11 pm on Saturday, June 5th as volunteers walk along the route of the starlight parade.
