Community Outreach Specialist (AmeriCorps)

Come join the dynamic staff at SOLV through the AmeriCorps Individual Placement program! SOLV is a non-profit organization based in Hillsboro that "brings Oregonians together to improve the environment and build a legacy of stewardship". The Community Outreach Specialist will lead several new initiatives around urban watershed restoration and volunteer engagement as part of the Team Up for Watershed Health program. Team Up engages community volunteers throughout the Portland metro area in priority stream and wetland restoration projects. This is an 11-month position through Northwest Service Academy.
