position summary:

Position coordinates two statewide events: SOLV Spring Oregon Beach Cleanup and Beach and Riverside Cleanup.

Provide overall management of two programs including data management, reporting, and general program organization.

Facilitate the processing of constituent needs – pplication processing, supply requests and other needs associated with their project implementation.

Provide training and coaching, as well as general and follow-up communication with program constituents and partners.

Track participation and event reporting for programs through constituent follow-up.

Collaborate with Program Department members to plan outreach and program implementation efforts.

Undertake program outreach on the phone, by e-mail and in person on a statewide basis.

Exempt position based at SOLV office in Hillsboro, OR.

Required Skills and Abilities:Strong organizational ability and keen attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skills and comfort with phone work Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills Ability to effectively work through problems to come up with creative solutions Valid driver’s license. Some statewide travel required.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, natural resources or related field and three years experience or equivalent experience in the areas of program development and coordination.
