Learn how to accomplish more with volunteers

SOLV’s Volunteer Action Training

Learn how volunteers can help your community accomplish more with less. This workshop is designed to help community members organize a SOLV project focused around litter cleanup and removal, invasive plant removal, native planting, or watershed maintenance and monitoring.

Thursday, June 17, 2010 9:30 AM – 2:30 PM Fire Station 59 – Community Room 1860 Willamette Falls Drive West Linn, Oregon, 97068

This workshop will focus on recruiting and leading volunteers; preventing volunteer burnout; working with the media; and fundraising. The training will help you work with your neighbors to improve your community. It is free for anyone planning a SOLV project; otherwise there is a $75 fee for training materials.
