Explorando Volunteers Needed

¡Explorando! el Columbia Slough, everyone’s favorite bilingual nature festival, is almost here! The event will be held at the same location as last year, Whitaker Ponds Nature Park, on Saturday, June 19th.  We still need 50 Spanish speaking community members to volunteer their time! Volunteering is an easy and fun way to make a difference in your community and help our environment.  Each volunteer will receive a free t-shirt!

If you are interested in volunteering for any position (Canoe, Refreshments, Mural, Face Paint, Rock Climbing Wall, Greeter, Set-Up/Clean-Up) for two hours between 10 and 6, please contact me at [email protected] or at (503) 956-8558, by Friday June 12th. 

We desperately need your help! Come with your friends and volunteer for what is sure to be a great afternoon!
