Bradley Angle is looking for an energetic problem-solver to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent writing skills, and be able to manage multiple tasks and projects at once. The Development Coordinator will work as part of a team to plan special events, conduct donor research, and maintain systems for donor cultivation. This position is responsible for maintaining the donor database, coordinating printing and mailing of appeals, and assisting the development team in day-to-day administrative tasks such as running donor reports and preparing thank you letters and gift acknowledgements. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and as part of a larger team and will bring both creative energy and focused data management skills to the table.

Salary / Pay Rate:13.66/hour. Health and dental insurance, retirement, flexible hours, and generous paid time off.
Required Skills and Abilities:The Development Coordinator responsibilities include: • Maintain the Bradley Angle database of donors and contacts • Prepare accurate, timely thank you notes, letters and gift acknowledgements, • Process monthly donations and prepare donor reports • Assist in all production aspects of print and e-newsletters, direct appeal letters, and all organizational collateral (brochures, flyers, etc). •Manage content and updates to Bradley Angle’s website • Coordinate event logistics including creation of invitation list; oversight of invitation design, printing and mailing; registration tracking; and event publicity. • Conduct outreach activities, including speaking engagements and tabling events. •Provide back-up front desk support and office administrative assistance as needed. •Perform other duties as requested.
Qualifications:The Development Coordinator will have the following: • Excellent organizational abilities and skills, • 2+ years working in an office setting - preferably in a development position, • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Design Suites • Previous experience with donor management data bases (Donor Perfect preferred), • Excellent writing and communication skills (required), • Friendly and welcoming interpersonal skills, • Desire and ability to work in small, collaborative office, •Attention to detail, initiative, and excellent time management skills, •Ability to work independently and with others, • Bachelors degree preferred.
