Donate Life Northwest Volunteer Coordinator, full time

Seeking college graduate or equivalent with minimum three years non-profit volunteer management experience. Must support agency mission, be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and be able to multi-task with superb attention to detail.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· recruiting, screening, training, scheduling, supervising and recognizing volunteers to fill agency-wide needs

· maintaining database of volunteers and all events and presentations

· insuring timely preparation and shipping of program materials for events and presentations

· serving as on-site volunteer coordinator at agency functions

· planning and implementing specified outreach projects, e.g. Threads of Life quilt

· maintaining specified sections of agency website and incorporating social networking into volunteer coordination

Salary: $30,000 - $33,000 Benefits: health and dental insurance, parking , 401K
