| Salary / Pay Rate: | Salary ranges from 25k to 30k DOE with excellent benefits |
| Required Skills and Abilities: | Some key areas of responsibilities, but not limited to: Development/Communication Coordinator will be responsible for recruitment, development and support of volunteer leadership. Work with office staff, faculty and outreach committee to maintain a timely, high quality internal school communication system. Foster a culture of giving and work with Head of School to develop an annual fund development plan. Conduct a timely, effective annual appeal and capital campaign. |
| Qualifications: | The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can provide strong organizational leadership. He or she will have strong written and oral communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated success in fund raising. Familiarity with Waldorf Education theory and practice a plus. |
