Case Manager for Neighborhood House

Case Manager position open to work with homeless families. 20 hrs/wk, starting pay range $11.96 - $14.35 per hr, with benefits. Must have self-initiative, be able to work independently, good time management skills and have an attention to detail. Must have prior experience in helping families set up goals and helping families achieve those goals. An understanding of harm reduction and motivational interviewing is a plus. Must be able to work under pressure, handle quick turnaround time lines, and be able to respond appropriately to people in crisis. There is a high volume of paperwork, writing case notes, and a strong candidate will be able to track their time. Must have valid driver’s license for a minimum of 3 years and have a clean driving record. Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience.
