Affordable Housing Fundraiser in Clark County - July 22nd at 5pm

Affordable Community Environments, known as ACE, is holding a fundraiser at 5 p.m. on Thursday, July 22, at the Covington Commons Apartment community in Vancouver, 9600 N.E. 73rd St. There will be live music from local band Porter Jones and a barbecue.

An online, fundraising auction will also be kicked off at the event to run through Aug. 15. Donations for the auction are still being accepted. To contribute, contact Jann Bagley at 360-597-0088.

At the event, a community member will be presented with the first-ever Valeria Award, in honor of ACE’s founding board member, Val Ogden.

Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased by going to www.acecommunities.org or calling 360-597-0088. Children 10 years of age and under are free. Those who are unable to attend can sponsor a resident’s attendance by donating online at the same website. 100% of the ticket cost benefits ACE's housing programs.
