Oregon Food Bank's Nutrition Education Program offers hands-on cooking classes to community members living with low incomes. By providing cooking education combined with nutrition, menu planning, budgeting, and food safety, to those who struggle to feed their families, we introduce skills which help participants make the most of available food resources and we progress towards our goal of ending hunger at its root causes.
