De Paul Treatment Centers - Clinical Supervisor

De Paul Treatment Centers serves the greater Portland community by providing drug and alcohol addiction treatment services. We currently have a full-time opening for a Clinical Supervisor in our downtown adult facility. This position provides clinical supervision to counselors who provide direct clinical services to residential and out-patient clients with substance use and mental health disorders. Duties include providing individual and group supervision to promote staff knowledge and understanding of agency treatment values, modality, evidence-based practices, and matters related to quality assurance. Clinical Supervisor is responsible for monitoring programs for compliance with referent and contract requirements, and developing and promoting quality service delivery by providing supervision and clinical trainings. Applicant must be a Licensed Professional Counselor or Licensed Clinical Social Worker who is in good standing with and meets the Board standards for the role of clinical supervisor.
