Descriptive Overview:

SMART (Start Making A Reader Today) seeks a .5 time Kit Program Manager to oversee kit and standard programs in a six county region of Eastern Oregon. The Kit Program Manager will raise the visibility of SMART through development of positive relationships with educational and literacy leadership throughout the region. The Kit Program Manager will provide training and support for Site Coordinators and local leadership groups and is responsible for the overall implementation and quality of program delivery in the region. This position requires considerable travel.
